Keep Full Delivery Service
What is Keep Full?
Our Keep Full Delivery Service ensures that you never run out of gas! We will be responsible for monitoring the level of propane in your tank and fill the tank when needed.
How do we know when to fill your tank?
We use the industry’s best software to keep track of and predict propane usage. This software takes into account weather conditions, how many and what types of appliances are in your home, and your typical usage. When a delivery is made, our system uses that data to fine tune our delivery routing to ensure that you never run out of gas.
Never! Our software is pretty amazing but it is still just a prediction. If you are scheduled for a delivery and our delivery driver sees that you don’t need propane, there is no charge to your account. We will only fill your tank when needed and you will never be charged for propane/services you have not received.
How do you get started?
Give us a call or fill out the contact form below and we will be notified that you are interested in our Keep Full Delivery Service. For your convenience, most customers can be put on a Keep Full status. In order for gas to be delivered on a regular basis, accounts must be kept current.
Will Call Delivery Service
What is Will Call?
Call-in deliveries are only made at your request. You are responsible for monitoring fuel levels and ordering fuel five to seven business days before depleting your fuel supply. This allows your delivery to be scheduled when delivery drivers are in your area.
How should you monitor your propane level?
It is simple but very important that you monitor your fuel level regularly. Below is a graphic showing average propane usage to help you understand when you may need to keep a close eye on the level of propane in your tank. Click here to see the ideal fuel percentage to order propane.
Re-Establishment of Service
Run out of propane?
It’s possible that you may underestimate your propane usage or even forget to check the level of propane in your tank. This is a bad thing! Not only do you have no gas to run your appliances, but there can be additional fees charged to re-establish service. Re-establishing service means that we must perform a safety gas check of your entire system and light all necessary pilot lights on appliances and furnace(s).
