What is the Budget Pay Plan?
Having level and predictable monthly payments make budgeting for your energy expenses simple. Our Budget Payment Plan can take the sting out of your winter propane bills.
How Does it Work?
We start by looking closely at your previous year to two years of delivery history to estimate your average propane usage. By estimating your total annual propane usage and dividing it by eleven monthly payments, we are able to give you a level bill year round for your propane usage. The twelfth month of the program is used to settle any balance that our estimation did not cover.
Customers that have a past due balance and COD (cash-on-delivery) customers can not participate in Budget Pay.
Are You Ready to Sign Up?
Please contact the office if you are interested. Enrollment for this program begins in May of every year.
For customers not interested in the Budget Payment Plan, we offer the option to make installment payments. We take the balance owed and break it down into two or three smaller payments. Call the office to find out if you qualify to make installment payments on your balance.

We accept Check, Cash, Credit/Debit Cards
*Online Bill Pay may be set up through your local banking institution. Check with your bank to see if you can participate.
